  • Delivery

    Orders close weekly on Thursday at 11:59 PM EST.


    Home deliveries will be made between 5AM – 12noon on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Once meals are delivered B Fresh is not responsible for items


    Provide us with a cell phone number on ordering page so driver can text/call you approximate time of arrival.


    If you will not be home between 5AM-12noon, please provide where to leave the meals (these meals will NOT be frozen) in the‘order notes’ section of the checkout page:


    Code for garage fridge


    Leave a cooler outside that easily accessible and visible


    If not delivering to a residence (i.e. place of business) please specify in notes

    If gated entry you MUST provide a gate code in notes, or when driver sends you a text for approximate arrival time. *


    If you have an apartment number, the customer is responsible for meeting the driver in the lobby of the building of the given address, or special instructions to leave with the front desk, concierge, or doorman. *


    Any other special instructions that can be easily executed by our drivers.


    *If this is not provided, then food will be left on your doorstep or front of the building. Once orders are dropped off, the consumer assumes responsibility for the quality, freshness, and contents of the meals. 


    No refunds will be issued, no exceptions.

  • Food

    How long do your meals last?


    A: The Meals should last up to 5-7 days, however after day 5 if you don’t plan to enjoy the meal soon, we recommend freezing it. Frozen, the meal should last another 3 months.


    Q: Are your meals frozen?


    A: Our meals are not frozen. They are freshly prepared and delivered.


    Q: How long do the meals need to be heated for?


    A: It depends on your heating choice (microwave, skillet, etc.) and temperature preference. The average heating time is 1-2 minutes. Monitor the item as it heats.


    Q: Are your meals healthy?


    A: We cater to all dietary needs. We provide nutritional information and allergens for all meals. All ingredients are weighed/measured to ensure the most exact calorie, and macro count. We do not add additional preservatives or oils to our meals. We utilize natural herbs and seasonings that can be found locally and within nature. Our goal is to create healthy yet flavorful meals. Any sauces used are low sodium and have minimum ingredients.


    Q: Where is the nutritional information of your meals?


    A: All nutritional information can be seen on the item/order web pages for each meal and are also provided in the weekly email to all of our subscribers.


    Q: Can I make modifications to my meals?


    A:  You can select no or half carb and extra protein on most meals. For additional modifications, when ordering add notes and we will accommodate within reason, however meals are made ‘as is’.


    Q. Do we create custom diets and bulk ordering?


    A: Yes, some of our most frequent customers are athletes, and fitness competitors. Bulk ordering is also available for customers and businesses. Example: Gym or Fitness centers usually order bulk orders from us in order to supply their business with health meals.


    Q. Do we cater to Vegans and Vegetarians?


    A: Yes, we cater to all dietary needs. Please send us a direct message.


    Q: When is the deadline for orders?


    A: Thursday 11:59 p.m. is the deadline. Please consider following us on social media for updates, and reminders. Also, subscribe to our email reminder service to receive your Tuesday, Thursday reminders, AND special offers.


    Q: Can I place an order through email?


    A: All regular orders must be placed through our website. We are welcome to answer any questions you have through email.


    Q: Where is your delivery area?


    A: Our system will only allow certain zip codes in the DC Metro Area for delivery. If you are not in the delivery area, please send us a message.


    Q: What time will orders be ready for home delivery?


    A: Your meals are delivered to you on Saturday, Sunday and Monday in the morning/afternoon to ensure they go from our kitchen to you as fresh and promptly as possible. Expect your meals to be delivered between 5AM – 12noon.


    Q: What happens if I am not home between 5AM and 12noon?


    A: Please refer to our delivery section above for details, and procedures.


    Q: Are the meal plan containers recyclable?


    A: Yes, you can recycle them, however we cannot accept them back and reuse them.

  • Refunds + Return Policy

    Due to the nature of our service, no refunds can be administered once your meal order has been submitted. For unusual circumstances please message us. 

    *When utilizing a meal prep service, ensure you keep the lids closed propertly and your refrigerator has proprer storing temperature (33-38 degrees F)
